Everyone Deserves Equal Rights
Founded in 1994, the Gill Foundation advocates for equal rights for all individuals. Focused on LGBT rights across five critical areas: self, family, career, spirituality, and society, the Foundation annually awards close to $10 million to organizations leading the charge on the ground. The Foundation is also home to the Gay & Lesbian Fund for Colorado whose mission is to build a better Colorado for all.
Challenge
How do you speak to the many constituencies—LGBT organizations, policy makers, voters—while making clear the goals and mission of the Foundation?
Strategy
Provide a wide range of information on the progress of the LGBT rights movement, including state maps showing legal progress, and videos of people helped by Gill grants that put a human face on the complex issues of the day.
