Job Description:
As an intern at Vermilion, you will not be making copies or coffee. Instead, you’ll be working side-by-side with other members of our talented interactive team on production sites and applications for real clients. We don’t expect that you’ll know everything, but we will expect that you are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are a quick learner. What you’ll get - a load of experience working at a well-known agency and further hone your Interweb skills.

Required Skill Qualifications:

• Ability to hand-code HTML/CSS with clean and well documented code
• Translate visual design to code,
• Familiarity with WordPress,
• Interest in content entry and semantic markup,
• Version control experience (SVN),
• Basic understanding of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

Other Requirements:

• Ability to commit 10-15 hrs a week during regular office hours,
• Work on site at Vermilion offices,

Extra Points:

• Create table-based email templates,
• JavaScript (specifically jQuery) skills,
• HTML5 and Responsive Web Design,
• Working knowledge of Drupal (at least content management)
