This year’s artfully-illustrated annual report for Global Greengrants Fund highlights their long-standing commitment to protect our planet and its people through local action and local leadership. CEO Terry Odendahl in the introductory letter states that “ in a world where everything is interconnected, small grants to the right people and causes have big impact.” That’s the fundamental mission of the remarkable organization, one singled out by the Council on Foundations as a trail blazer in the way they use local advisors to direct grants with pinpoint accuracy. If you’re interested in supporting an international program where environment and human rights intersect, you won’t find a better one.
